Job summary

Univers, a global platform company, seeks a Finance Business Partner to join a Singapore-based team. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver insights, drive planning, and support strategic decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop management reports, and collaborate with regional colleagues in China. Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and ERP/Power BI experience are key.

Qualifications

8+ years of finance experience in software, internet, technology, consulting, or Big 4.
At least 3 years in FP&A or Finance Business Partner roles.
Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments and adaptability is required.
Advanced financial modelling and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, and AI-based financial tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead budget and monthly forecasting processes for Sales and Product teams.
Prepare annual and monthly management reporting packages for Global FP&A.
Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis (ROI, DCF, pricing strategy, 5-year planning, cash flow).
Collaborate with IT on digital transformation (ERP, dashboards, AI reporting).
Provide regular business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
