Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic industries.
• Proven track record in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/SQL) preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS, financial statement analysis, and cost management.
• Proactive, able to work independently in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost transparency and provide financial perspective on business decisions.
• Lead end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring accurate financial submissions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor monthly P&L and KPIs, conduct variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Build financial models for initiatives and expansion projects; support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership.
• Support month-end closing, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and facilitate audit processes.
