The Garcha Group Marriott International in Singapore invites applications for a seasoned Finance/Accounts role. You will manage daily financial operations, reconcile revenue streams across rooms, F&B and events, liaise with HQ and Accounts, and support procurement and inventory control.

Requirements include a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, fluent English, 5 years in hospitality finance, and MS Office plus Marriott Global System proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality finance experience.
• Proficiency with Marriott Global System and MS Office suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage incoming and outgoing letters and office communications.
• Represent accounting and finance queries within the office and liaise with HQ.
• Prepare accounting information; support meetings and quotations.
• Verify daily transactions across revenue streams (rooms, F&B, banquets).
• Review night auditors' logs, revenue reports, and vouchers with trials.
• Ensure POS and hotel management systems data integrity.
• Conduct monthly cash counts and monitor FX rates.
• Oversee procurement updates, inventory counts, and supplier relations.
