Job summary

The Garcha Group, in conjunction with Marriott International, is seeking a finance-enabled office administrator for our Singapore operations. You will manage accounting communications, liaise with HQ and the Accounts Department, and prepare financial information while supporting procurement and inventory tasks.

Qualifications include a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, 5 years in hospitality finance, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Required skills include Hotel Finance Experience, Marriott Global System, Hotel Experience; be diligent, trustworthy, articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing letters.
• Be the representative for accounting and finance queries within the office.
• Liaising with HQ and Accounts Dept.
• Preparation of Accounting information (training will be given).
• Assist in coordinating meetings and calling of quotations.
• General Office administration duties (e.g., filings).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential.
