Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in social services, public sector, or grant-funded environments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing organisational operating expenses of $10million and above.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-spectrum Finance and Accounting functions including month-end and year-end closes; ensure general ledger accuracy per CAS.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations; provide analysis for management.
• Lead external audits; liaise with auditors and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll-related finance transactions, and cash management processes.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments to ensure internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, grant accounting and financial reporting to governance bodies.
