Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager - Finance Governance and Analysis to assess, manage, and monitor grant-funded projects from application through completion, engaging applicants and stakeholders to explain funding schemes and eligibility.

You will support approval panels, track milestones, validate ROI and scalability, resolve policy issues, coordinate with internal and external teams, and help ensure governance and timely disbursement decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, information systems, social sciences, project management or related fields.
• Relevant professional certifications in project management, change management, data/digital transformation, innovation management, technology assessment or grant administration would be advantageous.
• Clear communicator who can explain requirements, project considerations and technology opportunities to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Grant Assessment and Approval Panel materials and interactions with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, identify risks or delays, validate ROI and scalability assumptions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve process, policy or operational issues while maintaining governance across the project lifecycle.
