Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial management of a small organisation.
• Familiarity with Xero, grant management, and Singapore’s charity regulations.

Responsabilités

• Payroll & Accounts Payable: Payroll processing, CPF filing, vendor payments.
• Grant Management & Fundraising: Identify, apply for and manage grants and fundraising.
• Financial Data & Compliance: Maintain monthly records, reconcile, and prepare reports; support audits.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets/forecasts and provide insights to the Board; implement controls.
• Office Lease, Insurance, & Contracts: Manage leases, renewals, and insurance; review contracts.
• Internal controls: Develop SOPs and policies for Audit/Finance Committees and safeguard assets.
