You will design and administer plans, forecast expenses, and provide insights on productivity and ROI. The role requires strong analytical rigor, process discipline, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or sales compensation.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation principles and payout governance.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for sales compensation programs across SPGE.
• Model incentive outcomes and conduct scenario analyses.
• Forecast compensation expense, accruals, and payouts.
• Prepare leadership reporting on program performance.
• Document controls and ensure audit readiness.
