Job summary

REKOOP PTE LTD is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our multi-entity finance operations across retail and wellness businesses. You will manage full-set accounting, monthly closes, budgeting and cash flow, and mentor a small finance team.

The role requires ACCA qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a track record in financial reporting, controls, and business partnering to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounting, monthly closing, financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and financial performance.
• Analyse financial results and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two finance staff.
• Streamline accounting processes, improve internal controls, and explore automation opportunities.
• Partner with management and operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
