Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across Singapore entities and overseas. You will ensure accurate records, timely month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance and payroll-related finance activities in coordination with senior leadership.

You will lead entity-level accounting, month-end reporting, intercompany reconciliations, statutory audits and budgeting, driving process improvements and automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, multi-entity preferred.
• Proficient in financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations and AP/AR.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax regimes and statutory compliance a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/accounting systems; able to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial closing for assigned entities.
• Prepare monthly entity-level financial statements and schedules for group reporting.
• Coordinate tax compliance, statutory reporting and payroll-related finance activities.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and working capital management.
• Support audits and budgeting/forecasting with accurate reporting and variance analysis.
