Job summary

REKOOP PTE LTD is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our multi-entity finance operations across retail and wellness businesses. You will manage full-set accounting, monthly closes, budgeting and cash flow, and mentor a small finance team.

The role requires ACCA qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a track record in financial reporting, controls, and business partnering to drive profitability.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our multi-entity finance operations across our retail and wellness businesses.

Beyond managing full-set accounts, you will play a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving processes and leading a team of two to the next level. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, challenge the status quo and turn financial insights into actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounting, monthly closing, financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple entities.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and overall financial performance.

• Analyse financial results and provide actionable insights to support management decisions and business growth.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of two, driving accountability, accuracy and productivity.

• Streamline accounting processes, improve internal controls and explore automation opportunities.

• Partner with management and operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other professional advisers.

Requirements

• ACCA-qualified or equivalent recognised professional accounting qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with strong full-set accounting knowledge.

• Experience managing multiple entities and overseeing financial reporting.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Retail, wellness, beauty or other service-industry experience is highly preferred.

• Proactive, hands-on and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
