RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting and financial operations across manufacturing entities and a service centre. You will supervise a small finance team, ensure accurate reporting, manage sub-group consolidation, inventory accounting, and internal controls while partnering with business leaders.

Competenze

• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of leading a small finance team while supporting the Financial Controller.
• Committed to continuous improvement and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Review and supervise accounting activities by GL Executive, AR Officer, and AP Officer.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, reporting, consolidation, and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions, cash flow, and working capital.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with Department Heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and targets.
• Analyze performance against budget; identify variances; propose improvements.
• Monitor revenue and cost drivers; provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support management, board, and investor reporting with financial analysis.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls and systems.
• Coach finance team members while managing day-to-day operations.
• Support Financial Controller on group reporting and ad hoc initiatives.
