Job summary

GovTech, Singapore's technology agency, invites you to join the Memorial Facilities Planning Division to help plan and operate after-death facilities and services. You will contribute to end-to-end procurement, systems development and continuous service improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, procurement or project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with systems development and government procurement guidelines is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
• Self-driven and committed to continual improvement.
• Good interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies, operational strategies and plans to enhance after-death facilities and services.
• Oversee projects to improve service delivery and operational readiness, including market research and supplier engagement.
• Plan and manage procurement activities, including drafting requirements, tenders and evaluations, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate sustainability and resource management initiatives to achieve GreenGov.SG targets.
• Oversee systems development and digitalising services to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
