Job summary

The National Environment Agency in Singapore is seeking a capable planner to join the Memorial Facilities Planning Division. You will contribute to operations planning to ensure after-death facilities are efficiently managed, including end-to-end procurement administration and market research.

You will lead procurement activities, develop project scopes, engage suppliers, and drive sustainability initiatives to meet GreenGov.SG targets.

Qualifications

Experience in planning, procurement or project management.
Familiarity with government procurement guidelines and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Formulate policies, operational strategies and plans for after-death facilities and services.
Oversee projects to improve service delivery and readiness; conceptualise ideas and scopes.
Plan and manage end-to-end procurement including requirements, tenders and awards per guidelines.
Lead sustainability and resource management to achieve GreenGov.SG targets.
Oversee systems development and digitalising services for efficiency.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
