Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a capable planner to contribute to the Memorial Facilities Planning Division. You will help shape policies, oversee procurement, and manage budgets for government after-death facilities, ensuring efficient operations and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, procurement or policy work.
• Familiarity with budget management and government procurement guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies, operational strategies and plans to enhance after-death facilities and services.
• Oversee projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and operational readiness.
• Plan and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including tender documents and evaluation.
• Lead emergency response efforts for after-death operations and readiness exercises.
• Oversee budget planning, tracking and utilisation, and conduct variance analyses.
• Manage land and building assets and records in accordance with guidelines.
