Job summary

Tricom Events Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Events Assistant to service a portfolio of accounts, ideate and conceptualise events from client briefs, and liaise between internal and external parties to ensure the event goes smoothly.

You will handle project administration and workflow management, oversee onsite execution, and collaborate with vendors to deliver engaging experiences that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Marketing Communications, Business or a relevant discipline.
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Pleasant personality, team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a portfolio of accounts
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client brief’s
• Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
• Project administration and management of workflow
• Onsite execution and delivery of event.
