Qualifications

• A recognized degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence agency leaders.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leaders to formulate recruitment strategies and growth plans.
• Drive recruitment initiatives to boost participation, competency, and productivity.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Provide expertise on recruitment policies and governance requirements.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and targeted initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness for new representatives.
• Support recruitment transformation initiatives and manpower development projects.
• Oversee recruitment budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and regulatory standards.
