Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager to lead a high-performing Payments Performance Strategists team covering the SEA and Greater China regions. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to differentiate Stripe and win deals, ensuring customer success across Stripe’s payments stack.

You will develop regional narratives, coach leaders, and partner with executive teams to optimize costs, conversion, and cross-border strategies while driving adoption of Stripe payments solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or strategy with people management.
• English and Mandarin proficiency for SEA and Greater China interactions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-starting leader focused on customer success.
• Proven analytical and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Payment Performance Strategists across SEA and GC.
• Develop long-term vision and scale day-to-day operations.
• Coach and guide the team in a consultative regional narrative.
• Partner with regional/global leadership to align value delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on strategic initiatives.
• Engage with executive leadership through briefings or sponsorships.
• Improve Stripe payments products with product and R&D input.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through engagements and trainings.
• Advise on GTM strategy and product development for payments offerings.
• Elevate Stripe’s reputation in the payments community.
