Job summary

S&P Global Energy seeks a Relationship Manager in Singapore to grow the regional client base, including Thai customers. You will coordinate with senior directors and internal teams to map growth strategies, expand logo opportunities, and ensure ongoing value realization for strategic accounts.

Your role involves managing key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing actionable feedback to improve SPE products and services, all while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 10 years of successful client-relations experience.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
• Right to work in Thailand will be a plus.
• Ability to distill, summarize and communicate information effectively.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-national global and strategic accounts.
• Very strong planning and organizational skills with consultative sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing Key Account Relationship and SLA; primary contact for SPE.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.
• Develop and grow relationships with influential contacts and institutions.
• Identify and qualify leads, drive trials, and close opportunities.
• Support retention and reduce churn by ensuring ongoing value realization.
• Provide status, risk, and opportunity updates; maintain Salesforce records.
