The candidate should bring 3–5 years of broking experience, existing client networks, and the energy market understanding to navigate a fast-paced, results-driven environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years’ experience in the broking industry.
• Understanding of the Energy market and related products.
• Existing relationships with relevant client base.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Group and relevant entities.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships and contact prospective new clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and markets; solicit feedback from industry participants.
• Identify new business opportunities relating to trends, future markets, products and clients.
• On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
• Assess client needs and financial conditions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Understand regulatory landscape and comply with group policies.
• Exercise independent judgement with integrity to avoid conflicts of interest.
