Job summary

S&P Global in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow strategic client relationships across the region, including Thai customers. The RM will orchestrate corporate-wide resources to deliver value and enhance client trust, working with multiple account managers to map growth strategies.

The role focuses on retention, identifying whitespace opportunities, and guiding customers through SPE’s products while improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing Key Account Relationship and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Main point of contact/liaison - accountable for the experience the customer has with SPE
• Develops and builds meaningful and lasting relationships with key and influential contacts
• Effectively navigates around client organizations and leverages internal cross functional resources to create value
• Lead Generation - Driving Increased Usage and Adoption of New Services
• Retention - Prevents cancellations and mitigates risk by ensuring existing clients continue to derive value from SPE's services
• Updates salesforce, Monthly activity reporting.
