Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital systems and projects in Singapore. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions support Smart Nation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, decisive, and capable of steering complex projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in delivery, procurement, risk management, and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience managing at least 2 full project development lifecycles, with at least one project delivered using Agile methodology.
• Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead development of business cases and budgets for digital systems and projects.
• Manage procurement of IT systems in a timely manner.
• Lead projects across full lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets objectives within scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures with Agile practices.
• Engage and manage vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions and services.
• Communicate with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and others throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure processes comply with IT management, quality management, and security policies.
• Monitor progress and address issues, risks, dependencies, and changes.
