Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives. You will oversee cross‑functional teams across business, product, data, AI and engineering to achieve defined objectives with quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end delivery, agile governance, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful production deployment of AI, data, and digital media projects.

Qualifications

Requires 9+ years of end-to-end technology or digital transformation project delivery experience.
Experience delivering AI, data, or automation projects from POC through production is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business, product, data, AI and engineering teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to production deployment and operations transition.
Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and deliverables with a focus on data readiness and model evaluation.
Coordinate change requests and assess impacts on scope, time, cost, and resources.
