Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across development, implementation and operations, apply Agile methodologies, and drive improvements while controlling scope, time and cost.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
At least five years in project/program management.
Experience delivering digital initiatives across lifecycle.
Experience in IT delivery, product delivery, or equivalent roles.
SCRUM/Agile professional certification is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives and IT systems.
Develop integrated delivery plans with scope, schedule and costs.
Manage risk, governance and financials for projects.
Coordinate sprint planning, scrum rituals and product delivery.
Ensure quality through testing and post-implementation reviews.
Provide stakeholder reporting and issue resolution.
