MAVENTREE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Analyst to work with government agencies and cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into digital solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from problem definition and requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement, collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver pragmatic outcomes in a Singapore-based role.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' BA or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience with Agile teams.
• Experience with government digital services and Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Singaporean only.
• Contract period from Nov 26 to Mar 28.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and outcomes.
• Analyse business processes for simplification, automation and digitalisation.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, processes and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, priorities, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to shape and deliver practical solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, UAT, implementation and commissioning activities; manage stakeholder expectations and surface risks early.
• Ensure solutions consider security, data governance and Government ICT requirements.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve products, systems and business processes.
