Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate forecasting and inventory optimization to support service levels.

You will analyze historical data, align the forecast with supply constraints, and present insights to cross-functional teams. 3 years in supply chain plus SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and planning skills.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operation effectiveness, service levels, and inventory optimization.
• Conduct historical analysis to provide insights for forecast.
• Work with sales/marketing to gather market intelligence for demand plan.
• Adjust and cleanse historical demand to maximize forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply and production planning to understand constraints for forecast changes.
• Use forecast performance metrics to measure accuracy and identify drivers of variance.
