Job summary

DFI RETAIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain professional to lead demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment across our stores in Singapore. You will collaborate with commercial teams and vendors to ensure timely product availability and optimize inventory levels.

The role requires 1–3 years in a supply chain/demand planning function, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and solid data analysis capabilities to drive continuous improvements in inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/demand planning.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and supply planning to improve store availability and inventory efficiency.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models and manage promotions and seasonality for DFI Banner stores.
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure timely product availability and optimize replenishment orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze data to identify trends, and implement process improvements across the supply chain.
• Maintain records of forecasts and KPIs such as fill rate and inventory accuracy.
