Job summary

Temus is a Singapore-based consulting firm delivering digital transformation for public and private sectors. As a Business Analyst, you will identify customer problems, elicit requirements, and shape effective solutions through the project lifecycle.

You will translate business needs into requirements, collaborate with solution teams, and help deliver design, UAT, and training to ensure successful deployments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting or IT implementation experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication, and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories
• Conduct requirement scoping and analysis across functional, integration, and non-functional areas
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and propose solutions
• Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, and interface mapping
• Provide clarifications to delivery teams throughout the project
• Plan and conduct internal UAT based on workflows and user scenarios
• Plan and conduct training for end users and support teams
