Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant consulting, transformation, or change roles.
• Experience with modern delivery methods (agile, design thinking) and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience managing client relationships or senior stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses.
• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders up to senior leadership.
• Translate business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans.
• Advise on responsible AI practices, governance, and change readiness.
• Coach and develop junior consultants in AI-enabled delivery practices.
