Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager for defence platform electronics. The role drives product strategy, manages cross-functional teams, and aligns roadmaps with platform requirements.

Expect leadership across market research, partnership building, and lifecycle management to deliver robust defence solutions. The position is permanent, full-time, based in Ang Mo Kio, with a monthly salary up to SGD 10,500 plus PB.

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering or related field is required.
>7 years of experience in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics systems.
Proven product management experience in defence platforms is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap for defence electronics (mission computers, platform comms, sensors, C2).
Align product direction with defence capability requirements and long-term support strategies.
Develop products with unique selling points addressing emerging tech trends.
Conduct market research, identify target segments, and map ecosystems.
Deliver financial projections and define go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to articulate roadmaps and assess TRL readiness.
Forge commercial partnerships with industry stakeholders.
