Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager for defence platform electronics. The role drives product strategy, manages cross-functional teams, and aligns roadmaps with platform requirements.

Expect leadership across market research, partnership building, and lifecycle management to deliver robust defence solutions. The position is permanent, full-time, based in Ang Mo Kio, with a monthly salary up to SGD 10,500 plus PB.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• >7 years of experience in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics systems.
• Proven product management experience in defence platforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for defence electronics (mission computers, platform comms, sensors, C2).
• Align product direction with defence capability requirements and long-term support strategies.
• Develop products with unique selling points addressing emerging tech trends.
• Conduct market research, identify target segments, and map ecosystems.
• Deliver financial projections and define go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to articulate roadmaps and assess TRL readiness.
• Forge commercial partnerships with industry stakeholders.

This pivotal role will provide you with the opportunity to drive product innovation and develop a robust product strategy that aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams,leveragingyourexpertisein product management to spearhead initiatives that cater to our diverse customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define andmaintainthe product roadmap for defence electronics (e.g. mission computers, platform comms electronics, sensors, C2 electronics).
• Align product direction with defence capability requirements, platform roadmaps, and long‑term support strategies.
• Develop products with unique selling points while addressing emerging technology trends (AI, open architectures, modular electronics) relevant to defence platforms.

Market Research and Opportunity Identification :

• Define target customer segments and map ecosystems toestablishstrong market links.
• Conduct thorough analysis of total addressable markets (TAM) and segment‑specific growth projections (CAGR).
• Report on relevant market trends and competitive landscapes across various sectors.
• Deliver clear financial projections encompassing revenue, costs, and expected profit margins over a three‑year horizon.
• Design strategies to effectively introduce products to target markets, employing diverse marketing channels and sales strategies.
• Cultivate strategic channel‑based partnerships and relationships to magnify market reach.
• Identifyandmonitoremerging electronics technologies relevant to defence platforms (e.g. AI accelerators, open‑architecture electronics, advanced sensors, secure processors).
• Establish early technical engagement with technology providers prior to formal programme insertion.
• Define the go‑to‑market strategy for channel partners.
• Identifytarget markets and partner profiles (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
• Align channel strategy with overall product roadmap and businessobjectivesand defence capabilities needs.

Product Development Lifecycle Management :

• Collaborate with development teams to articulate comprehensive product roadmaps that align with strategicobjectives.
• Evaluate technology readiness levels (TRL) andidentifyareas requiringadditionalR&D investment.
• Forge commercial partnerships with industry stakeholders.

Technical Feasibility Studies :

• Assess the resource requirements for product development, including skilled labour and manufacturing capabilities.
• Evaluate the product's scalability potential to ensure it meets growing customer demands and market expansion.
• Identifyany potential operational barriers, including regulatory approvals and customer adoption issues.
• Evaluate competitive risks, including threats from existing players and new market entrants.
• Analyzecustomer demand fluctuations and market variations that mayimpactoverall projections.

Requirements:
