Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Programme & Project Management Support professional to plan and execute electronic systems programs, coordinating schedules, deliverables, risk management, and ensuring alignment with contractual and customer requirements.

Based in Ang Mo Kio, this permanent role follows a Mon–Fri 8am–5:30pm schedule. The candidate will have experience in defence or complex engineering, with ILS and maintenance concepts knowledge, and the ability

Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management within defence, air, land, naval, or complex engineering systems.
• Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and maintenance concepts.
• Familiarity with supply management and post-delivery customer support activities.
• Ability to work across local and overseas multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Management Support: plan and execute the electronic systems/subsystems program, coordinating schedules, deliverables, risk management and ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Sustainment: contribute to maintenance concepts, spares planning and supportability considerations throughout the system life.
• Supply & Post-Delivery Support: coordinate with vendors and internal teams; provide post-delivery customer support for timely issue resolution.
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: work with internal teams and external authorities; prepare materials for reviews, meetings and engagements.
• Technical & Systems Understanding: apply knowledge of naval or complex electronic systems to support decisions and sustainment planning.
