Job summary

Responsibilities include defining ROADMAPS, assessing TRLs, and forging channel partnerships while delivering three-year financial projections and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with 7+ years in defence/aerospace or high-rel electronics.
• Proven product management experience on defence platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for defence electronics.
• Develop GTM strategies and channel partnerships.
• Align product direction with capability requirements and roadmaps.
• Assess technology readiness and identify required R&D.
• Provide three-year financial projections and market insight.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate strategy into roadmaps.
