Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for Defence Platform Electronics, linking to revenue growth and margins.
• Define priority customer segments and ecosystem partners to build qualified opportunities and market access.
• Develop GTM strategies to convert product capabilities into qualified pipeline, bookings and revenue.
• Define channel strategies with distributors, resellers, system integrators and partners for growth.
• Prioritise features and investments based on customer value, revenue potential, and margin impact.
• Assess resources and supply-chain readiness to ensure plans are executable within cost and schedule.
• Identify risks (operational, regulatory, competitive) and propose mitigation actions for profitability.
