Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years in business development, product commercialisation, partnership management, or related roles.
• Experience in defence, public safety/security, ICT solutions, mission‑critical systems or technology product management preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and closing commercial opportunities in international markets.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, solution design and GTM strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market signals and business impacts.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
• Ability to navigate multi‑country market dynamics and government procurement environments.
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop market opportunities across international defence, public safety and security, and adjacent mission‑critical domains.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, defence contractors, system integrators, distributors, and international channel partners.
• Drive GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and enhancements; define differentiated value propositions for global markets.
• Provide revenue enablement and sales support, including qualified international leads and country‑level account strategies.
• Align product and commercial strategy with market needs and cross‑functional priorities; support demand forecasting and business cases.
