Job summary
ST Engineering Mission Software & Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced product leader to drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and measurement. The role relies on strong collaboration with stakeholders, rigorous user research, and data-driven decision making to deliver impact across defence, government, and commercial sectors.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in the full product lifecycle with end-to-end shipping.
- Experience coaching Product Managers or Owners in a consultancy or client-facing context.
- Proficiency with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD and Impact Mapping.
- Empathy and end-to-end ownership; energised by enabling others as well as delivering.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and measurement.
- Coach client Product Managers to build lasting capability.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Plan and run user research to validate or kill hypotheses before build.
- Track delivery KPIs, manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively.
