Job summary

Goodpack is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee strategic customer accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive operational excellence across order fulfilment and supply chain processes.

You will serve as the main contact for assigned customers, collaborate with internal teams to improve service performance, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in supply chain management, including planning, operations, logistics, inventory, and process improvement.
• Good working attitude with a sense of urgency to achieve goals set by the Group.
• Experience in customer account management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an open and flexible mindset.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Hands-on approach to managing customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead point of contact for all customer matters.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Manage customer demand forecast, orders and shipment data.
• Prepare regular reports on demand forecasting, on-time delivery, and related metrics.
• Continuously seek improvements on service level KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams.
• Prepare internal management reports on account activities.
