Job summary

WaterStone Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Corporate Banker to manage key client relationships and expand corporate lending activities.

You will evaluate credit proposals, structure syndicated loans and trade finance, prepare loan documentation, and promote active utilization of facilities.

Collaborate with Head Office and local banks to ensure smooth deal execution, stay compliant with regulations, and build industry insights.

Qualifications

• Recognised University Degree with 5–7 years in corporate banking.
• Strong financial analysis and credit evaluation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing portfolio and maintain customer relationships.
• Initiate syndication loan, term loan and trade finance business and market products to corporations.
• Evaluate and process credit applications for timely approval; prepare loan/security documents.
• Promote facility utilization and expand corporate customer relationships.
• Conduct industry surveys and prepare reports for Head Office.
• Summarise corporate signature cases and prepare PPTs/articles for Head Office and branches.
• Coordinate with Head Office and banks to ensure smooth deal execution, while maintaining compliance.
