WaterStone Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure the bank adheres to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and other workstreams within the Singapore framework.

The role covers compliance operations, regulatory reporting, monitoring, and policy reviews in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Head Office. The candidate will monitor regulatory adherence, prepare reports, conduct risk reviews, and assist in policy updates and liaison with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Audit or Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable banking laws, standards, and best practices.
Prepare, review, and submit accurate regulatory reports in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with requirements set by local authorities.
Conduct periodic reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and prepare detailed reports on monitoring outcomes with corrective actions.
Support regulatory liaison matters (e.g. SDIC).
Assist in updating compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements and Head Office requirements.
Support other workstreams on operational risk, business continuity management, third party management and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Compliance.
