Job summary

BugleRock Capital seeks a COO to run operations and finance for its Singapore business, ensuring efficient fund and VCC operations, onboarding clients and managing vendor relations. The role includes supporting compliance and coordinating with the India team, with MAS approval required to become an executive director.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in operations or finance leadership, are CA/CPA qualified, and comfortable with AI-driven automation and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations or finance leadership, ideally in fund management or multi-family office.
• CA/CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, MAS).

Responsibilities

• Own fund and VCC operations, onboarding, vendor relationships, governance and controls.
• Lead finance and accounting, monthly close, budgeting, audits and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with India team on finance and operations.
• Support compliance function and assist with workflow improvements.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to maintain lean, high-quality operations.
