Job summary

FinPrime Group is seeking an experienced COO / Executive Director to join the senior management team in Singapore. You will work closely with the CEO to oversee day-to-day operations, governance, risk management and execution of the business strategy.

You will lead operational excellence, ensure regulatory readiness with MAS requirements and licence conditions, and report to the Board with updates on risk, performance and strategic progress.

Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience in financial services or regulated institutions.
• Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, AML/CFT, outsourcing, and risk controls.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with regulators, the Board, and external service providers; MAS Fit and Proper criteria awareness.
• Bonus: MAS-regulated experience or prior COO/ED roles and scaling regulated businesses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of the business strategy.
• Establish and maintain operational processes, controls and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and ongoing MAS compliance.
• Identify, assess and manage regulatory, operational and conduct risks with Legal/Compliance.
• Prepare and present updates to the Board on operations and risk.
