DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a seasoned COO Office/Business Management & Support leader in Singapore. The role oversees the operating model, governance and controls for Group Finance, with responsibilities spanning Chief of Staff, controls, and resolution planning.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with regulatory bodies, and drive strategic finance initiatives while ensuring operations align with MAS expectations and group priorities.

Competenze

• 12–15+ years in banking or financial services with senior stakeholder experience.
• Direct experience with RRP and regulatory liaison.
• Proven ability to prepare Board papers and engage senior leaders.
• Experience leading teams and delivering transformation in matrix org.

Mansioni

• Lead Team of 3-4 professionals in COO office.
• Oversee finance controls framework and risk management.
• Coordinate RRP planning and MAS engagements.
