Job summary

LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, vendor relationships, and governance for a critical client project.

The role focuses on ramping up BAU processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in contract/vendor management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 yrs of experience in contract/vendor management, procurement, PMO, or financial operations within large organizations.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, risk management, and operational governance.
• Familiarity with workforce management, financial reporting, and multi-country operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, vendor relationships, renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
• Coordinate contract approvals, documentation, governance, and third-party risk assessments.
• Handle chargebacks, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, location strategy, and resource movements.
• Maintain operational dashboards and governance reports, ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
