Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a experienced professional to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and vendor governance for a critical project within our Client's Group Technology-Site Reliability and Governance space in Singapore.

You will coordinate approvals, risk assessments, and financial reporting while supporting workforce planning and location strategy across multiple countries. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of experience in contract/vendor management, procurement, PMO, or financial operations within large organizations.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, risk management, and operational governance.
• Familiarity with workforce management, financial reporting, and multi-country operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, vendor relationships, renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
• Coordinate contract approvals, documentation, governance, and third-party risk assessments.
• Handle chargebacks, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, location strategy, and resource movements.
• Maintain operational dashboards and governance reports, ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
