SG Enable in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead public communications planning and stakeholder engagement, driving outreach on future care planning (FCP) with a focus on SNT and GOAL+ programmes.

You will coordinate outreach strategies, oversee marketing collateral, run talks, caregiver forums, surveys, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while being the primary contact for partner organisations and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• A good degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels confidently.
• Team-player.
• Analytical and creative.
• Good project management and organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Able to work independently and cope with a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Canva or other design software, MS Office applications and website design software.

Aufgaben

• Develop outreach strategy for SNT, GOAL+ and FCP.
• Oversee design and production of marketing collateral.
• Procure and produce deliverables: resource packs, talks, caregiver forums, surveys.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, speeches, and official announcements.
• Create digital platforms and social media presence for SNT, GOAL+ and FCP.
• Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data.
• Attend SNT hotline calls and enquiries.
