SoftwareOne Singapore seeks a Client Manager to build strategic relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience while maximizing value across the lifecycle. You will blend account management, sales, customer engagement, and marketing-led growth to strengthen loyalty and identify expansion opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, manage account strategy, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Management or Computer Science (Class of 2024/2025).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong passion for a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build/maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand our customer base and acquire new logos.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive account strategy.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead account planning and forecast defined metrics, KPIs and financials.
