Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for the Singapore market to grow and manage a portfolio across Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Logistics. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, own the account P&L, and partner with delivery teams to maximize renewal opportunities and expansion.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT services account management, deep client relationship expertise, and strong ASEAN market knowledge.

Qualifications

10+ years of account management experience in IT services or related consulting.
Proven track record managing global and local client relationships.
Strong knowledge of the ASEAN market across technology and business segments.
Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing or Logistics is advantageous.
Experience selling AI/tech-enabled transformations and working in onsite/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
Own and manage the account's P&L, business planning, and budgeting.
Drive account mining, renewal strategies, and expansion opportunities.
Lead negotiations of commercial terms across engagements.
Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to minimize risk and ensure goals are met.
Provide thought leadership on AI Builder solutions as part of growth agenda.
