UPS seeks a customer service professional to support client relationships and cross-functional coordination across global shipments. You will assist with escalations, build strong client ties, and work with operational teams to meet service requirements.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in logistics and 2+ years in client-facing roles, with strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or related field; 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with logistics processes; temperature-controlled or clinical shipments advantageous
• Customer-focused with commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Assist CS team with issues and escalations from clients
• Build client relationships via email, phone and face-to-face interaction
• Develop excellent working relationships with customer and operational functions
• Coordinate activities of Marken teams and agents to fit customer requirements and policies
• Manage special requests for increased service levels or shipment monitoring
• Develop solutions with clients’ logistics teams for new business requirements
