Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Client Project Manager to lead concurrent standard or complex projects from concept through to final implementation. You will interface with stakeholders, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include risk and issue management, change control, and providing pre-sales input when scoping proposals. Hybrid working environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or project management or related field.
• PM certifications preferably PMP.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.
• Experience in multinational professional services environment and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex client projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manages escalations as the single point of contact.
• Maintains baselined budget, scope, and on-time delivery with quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Performs risk/issue documentation and change management; coordinates project teams.
