Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale network and storage projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT infrastructure project management, strong knowledge of networking, and certifications such as PMP/ITIL. Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years in IT infrastructure project management across multiple technology domains.
Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI).
Strong communication and leadership across teams.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CCNP/MCSE preferred.
Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination and execution of infrastructure projects with defined objectives, timelines and deliverables.
Manage stakeholders, define requirements, address issues and align expectations.
Allocate resources and ensure availability of tools, technologies and personnel for project success.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implement contingency plans.
Oversee budgets and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality delivery.
Ensure designs, configurations and implementations meet standards and best practices.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance and deliverables.
Monitor progress and report timelines, resource usage and deviations.
Support post-implementation transition, testing and training.
